We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a resonable cost.

NOTE: If you provide your own generator it must be a MINIMUM of 4,000 RUNNING Watts to run most bounces. Larger Bounces or adding other items to the generaotr will require a much LARGER unit. Please discuss your requirements with us BEFORE you reserve.

The Customer is responsible for requesting and attaining all permits and insurance documents required. In the event that the order is cancelled or the customer does not accept delivery due to lack of permits or insurance, the customer is responsible for the full amount of the agreement.

Yes we do. The Bounce House should be clean when you get it. We clean and disinfect after every rental. There are times that your bounce house will have been rented right before your party, in that case we will clean it as we are setting it up at your event or right before.

We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, small rocks, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on large river rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Some of our units require a set up fee for surfaces due to the extra time and cleaning involved. All area must be free from debris, dog droppings, trash, rocks, twigs and freshly mowed grass. Please assure the pathway to the set up area is free from debris and there is ample room to get the equipment to your desired area. We need at least a 4 foot opening to get our equipment through your gate. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. Please note that there will be a landscaping fee added if Backyard Bounce AZ is required to clean the area prior to set up.

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develope tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. We do our best to do safety inspections before and after every use to avoid this happening. However, if this does happen during your event, please alert us at once, so we can remedy the situtaion. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow the safety rules or negligence (i.e. to include but not limited to: not turning off blower in high windes, using food, gum, silly string or sunflower seeds in/on unit) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including the full replacement cost of a new unit.

We do not want us or you to be in this situation, which is why we have you sign and initial on all or our safety rules, so you can be well aware of how to be a trained operator. Most often problems arise because bounce houses are not properly supervised. An adult should always be visually monitoring the bounce house or inflatable equipment. This is true even for parties involving teenagers. Teenagers are the most likely users to break rules and do dangerous stunts. They often feel that an inflatable slide or other piece of equipment is their opportunity to do extreme stunts in safety. Bounce houses and inflatable equipment were not designed for extreme stunts. It is NOT safe to misuse them.

Yes, Backyard Bounce AZ is a fully insured Arizona LLC. Our top priority is safety and a piece of mind for our customers. One way we express this is by carrying liability insurance. We will be more than happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request. For an additional charge, we can also make you an "additional insured" on our policy. The lessee or using party shall be in charge of operation after receiving each unit. We are not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or to any persons using the leased units or equipment or to any damage to personal property.

Please make sure our delivery teams have a clear path free from debris, twigs, trash, dog wate, and large rocks with at least a 4 foot opening to get your bounce house to its desired location. Grass should be mowed a few days prior to your special event to assure the guests can enjoy the slides/bounce houses without having to worry about getting grass clippings all over them. Please remember that our delivery teams have several special events to deliver to each day and a tight schedule. With this in mind we want all of our customers to get their equipment on time and start enjoying their Bounce/Slide time. If Backyard Bounce/Inflatable Fun AZ and/or their representatives find it necessary to take the time to remove debris, trash, twigs, large rocks etc, to be able to set up and secure your bounce house upon delivery, there will be a landcaping fee of $30 charged to the lesse. Our teams WILL NOT clean up dog waste. Please let our office know prior to delivery if there are tiers, stairs, steps, obstructions, overhangs or uneven surface's on the path to the set up area, as well as what surface our team will be setting your bounce house rental on, as we will need to bring extra supplies (sand bags, tarps etc) if we will be setting up on gravel or asphalt. (Please note that some larger Water Slides cannot be set up on gravel/asphalt/rocks for safey reasons.) Make sure and turn off all sprinklers & drip systems a day prior to your planned event so our teams will have a safe and dry surface to secure your bounce house into.

Each unit requires a dedicated 110V outlet or 15 amp-20amp outlet and each wet unit requires a water source within 75 feet of the unit.

We and/or our representatives reserve the right to refuse set up in unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions with no deposit refund.

We offer our best prices up to a 5 hour time frame. After the 5 hour rental there is a $10 charge per hour, per bounce house. This charge is only on inflatable items. All other items are all day. You can also rent over night and multiple day rentals.

No we set up prior to your rental time. Lets say you book your party from 3pm-7pm. We will your party set up by 3pm. We will NOT start setting up your party at 3 pm.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Almost all of our customers wanty their parties to start around the same popular times. Generally we will arrive a half hour as much as several hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 7am.

For parks we usually arrive within an hour of the start of your party and for commercial, church and school properties we will set up as time needed.

If there will not be someone at the party location at a certain time be sure to let us know.

All inflatable pricing includes setup and teardown of your inflatable rental/s. Tables/chairs and linens is extra for us to set up. Backyard Bounce AZ provides our own extension cords (up to 75 ft) and hoses/soaker hoses (up to 75 feet) for every job. Additional hose provided with an advance notice. If area to plug the bounce house exceeds 75ft, you will need to get a generator for safety and insurance purposes.

Yes, our standard Bounce Houses require access to a dedicated 15amp circuit. It is important to understand that even though nothing else may be plugged into the same outlet, other outlets in your home may be on the same circuit as our Bounce. If items on the same circuit try to draw more than 15amps there will be problems; they may not operate correctly, they may overheat or most often they will trip breaker. Please ensure that the Bounce is the only item in use on the circuit. Larger units may require a 20amp circuit.

That depends on which inflatable that you are renting. Most of our jumps are at least 15´x15´ which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed above the main picture of each unit) as some are VERY big and require extra space. You will also be advised of the needed space per our confirmation call prior to your scheduled event. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees, as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options.

Only compatable age groups and similar sized children should be allowed on the inflatable/s at the same time. Manufacturer's guidelines as to the number of riders that may be on the inflatable unit at the same time are:
For the Large Inflatables Slides: children 3-8 maximum of 2 permitted at one time, children 9-12 maximum of 2 permitted at one time, adults maximum of 2 permited at one time. Only one child/adult may slide down at one time and the second child/adult can wait on the stairs for their turn.
For Medium Inflatables such as combo units: children 3-8 maximum of 8-10 permitted, children 9-12 maximum of 6-8 permitted (please remember to group children according to size & age).
For the smaller Bounce Houses such as the 15 x 15; children 3-12 maximum of 8-10 permitted at one time. Children above 13 may be best suited for the combo units and/or inflatable slides, depending on their weight/height. Reducing the number on the inflatable may make it a more pleasant experience for the participants.

Backyard Bounce AZ will set up as early as needed for any given event. Typically, our last pickup in the evening is 8:00 PM.

We use Google Maps to plan our routes and delivery schedule. Our drivers use GPS on their phones or Garmins in their vehicles. If you know that your address does not show up right in Google Maps (Yes, it does happen!) please let us know. Also, if you have construction, road closures or special events going on in your area PLESE let us know. We have been caught off guard by parades, marathons, ostriches, bike races, car shows, art shows and sporting events. We service the entire state and although we try to keep up with ADOT and other posted issues, you are the best authority on things happening in your neighborhood, please share that info.
If you live in a gated community, please provide an access code for the gate. With all the preparations and distractions of a party we've often been stuck at a gate when the call to provide entry goes unanswered.

Please be sure to tell us if you are in a gated community and make sure we have an access code.

If you have entertainment booked for start times during your event and your gate is a call to your phone you must make sure you can hear it during your party. We've had entertainers sitting at the gate only to find out later that no one could hear the phone over the guests and music!

If you have a guard gate; be sure to leave our name with the guard, also let them know there could be multiple vehicles/staff for setup or teardown. Also if you have something over night, please be sure we are on the next day schedule as well.

Backyard Bounce AZ understands that sometimes unforeseen problems cause your party to be rescheduled and we will do our best to accommodate any schedule changes that arise. Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-6 days prior to your rental date, you will be given your full deposit credit that is good for 1 year on any available units at that time. In order to get the inflatable of your choice, the sooner you reserve, the more your chances of still having that particular unit available. We sometimes book up to 2-3 months in advance.

We recommend ½ pound serving for each serving. This is equivalent to 25lbs of ice for 50 servings.

No, we will supply 50 servicing for each. The only concessions where you would need to get something is the snow cone machine. For the snow cone machine you will need to get 25 lbs of ice.

For parties 5 hour and under the price is the one that is shown. For parties over 5 hours, the prices increases $10 every hour after the 5 hours. So a $80 bounce house for a 7 hour party would be $100. This 5 hour time slot is also only for inflatables and dunk tanks.

Yes, we require a deposit of $50 for anything under $400 and 20% deposit for anything over $400 at the time of your reservation. As mentioned in the refund section, the deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your event at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event. If you cancel at least 2 days prior to your scheduled event, the deposit is applied towards a credit good for one year from the date of your cancelation.

Yes, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement/Invoice & a Release of Liability Waiver upon receiving delivery of the rental equipment. This is a standard rental agreement that includes but is not limited to your agreement to follow the rules of safe operation, to care for the equipment while it is in your possession, and to assume all liability for any injuries or damage that could occur while the equipment is in your possession. Everyone who rents equipment from Backyard Bounce AZ is required to sign this agreement prior to set up.

First of all, we ask that the trained operater assist those in the unit to exit safely and move away from the unit. Check the air tubes in the rear of the unit to make sure they are securely tied to the blower/s and any unused air tube are tied off and the unit is still plugged in. If your problems continue or you have generator problems please call our office at 480-848-3721, so we may assist you in problem shooting.

The only time we ask that the inflatable be turned off/unplugged is if the wind is blowing in excess of 25 mph.
